Please note that there may be a slight margin of error (approximately 1"-2") in production, and some laces may vary slightly in measurement. Similar to how two shirts of the same size might fit slightly differently, variations can occur due to the elastic properties of some laces and tension during production.

*Please be aware that metal tips are not recommended for use with shoes that have plastic eyelets.

Order Tracking: Upon successful order transmission, you'll receive an order confirmation. A shipping confirmation email will follow once your order is dispatched, including the tracking number for your package. You can monitor your order's status by logging into your account. If a package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your apartment complex. If not found, you may need to open a case with USPS for a lost package.

For international orders, please note that tracking may not update after leaving the United States. While uncommon, international shipping can take 30 days or more due to varying postal and customs services.

Shipping Time: Please allow 2 handling days for your order. If the selected merchandise is out of stock or additional information is required, we'll send a follow-up email. Note that delivery time excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. For domestic orders, USPS first-class mail typically takes 2-5 days, while international orders may take 10-21 business days. Product Information: Our laces are unique designs created by us, tailored for sneakers. We offer custom designs and replacement laces.

Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges for unworn/unused shoe laces (excluding discounted laces from site-wide sales). To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@shoelacesupply.com within 10 business days from delivery. Exchange shipping costs are not covered. Ensure your email includes your name, email, order number, and desired product for exchange in both the email and package.

Address Changes: If your order hasn't shipped, we may adjust your address (e.g., apartment number addition). Email us with your address change. Please note, we won't change addresses entirely once an order is shipped. If delivered to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot provide a refund or replacement. If the package is returned to us, only the product price (excluding shipping) will be refunded.

Item Availability: The product details page indicates item availability. Available colors and sizes can be added to the shopping bag, while unavailable options are grayed out. We strive to maintain stock, but occasionally items may sell out. If an ordered item is out of stock, we'll notify you via email, with any changes reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation.
