Exchange Policy
At ShoeLaceSupply.com, we're committed to making sure you get the right product for your needs. We offer exchanges on shoe lace orders as described below — please read this policy carefully to understand the process.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds except where required by law or as specifically described below.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 10 business days from the delivery date to customers who purchased Checkout+ at checkout. Checkout+ provides free return shipping and a prepaid label through our customer portal.
If you did not purchase Checkout+, you are not automatically entitled to an exchange. We may, at our sole discretion, allow an exchange on a case-by-case basis; in that event you are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping costs, with labels purchased through our customer portal. Granting an exchange in one instance does not obligate us to do so in any other.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please click here. Exchanges must be initiated through our customer portal. Do not send items back without going through the portal — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Condition of Items
Shoe laces must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Exchanges will not be accepted for items that are worn, dirty, or broken.
Shipping Fees
Customers who purchased Checkout+ receive a prepaid return label through our portal. Customers who opted out are responsible for all return shipping costs, with labels purchased through the portal.
Incorrect Addresses
SLS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, original shipping fees will be deducted from any applicable credit, and the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Checkout+ also covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. SLS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you did not purchase Checkout+ at checkout, SLS is not liable for any lost or stolen package, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 10 business days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Compliance
If the exchange process is not followed according to this policy, ShoeLaceSupply.com reserves the right to proceed at our discretion.
