We unfortunately do not offer refunds, but we offer exchanges on all shoe lace orders. Exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days from delivery date and must be approved by our customer service team. Route insurance will not be refunded. 

Shoe laces cannot be exchanged if worn (dirty/broken). Customer is required to pay shipping fee back to Shoe Lace Supply for the exchange.

If customer does not follow the policy it is up to our discretion how to proceed.
