Do you have sizing information?

Yes, please refer to the size chart on the home page.

Please keep in mind that there is sometimes a 1"-2" margin of error in production and some laces may not be the exact measurement. Similar to when you order two shirts in the same size and one fits a bit different etc. A lot of our laces have an elastic factor to them and measurements can change depending on if tension is/is not applied.

 

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, and Amazon Pay, Apple Pay 

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your PayPal account page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to view your Order and view past orders and current orders that you have placed.  

If the tracking of the package says "Delivered" and you did not receive the order: If this happen's make sure to check and see if the package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor or someone else in your apartment complex, if you cannot find it then you have to open a case with USPS and claim a lost package as there is no way for us to know if the package was actually delivered or not. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Please be aware that tracking for these orders may not update after the package has departed the United States.  Although uncommon, shipping time may take 30 days or more (depending on your country's postal service and/or customs service.)  We appreciate your patience in those cases.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 2 handling days. We will send a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS | USPS first class mail 2-5 days | International 10 - 21 business days (typical time).  International shipping to some countries may take 30 days or longer.  Please contact us for more information.

What if I problem with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, you must contact us within 14 business days from your delivery date. Please email us support@ropelacesupply.com

Our Product

Our laces are designed by us and are not the exact/identical laces, we produce custom designs and/ or offer replacement laces for sneakers. 

Do you offer returns?

We unfortunately do not offer returns, but we do offer exchanges on any unworn/unused shoe laces. This excludes laces bought on discount during site-wide sales. 

How do I process my exchange?

You must contact us at support@ropelacesupply.com within 14 business days from delivery to process an exchange. Exchange shipping cost is not provided. Please include your name, email, order number and product your would like in exchange in your email and package.

If these are not provided we cannot guarantee an exchange. 

What if I put the incorrect address?

If your order has not been shipped out we may be able to change you address only if you have forgotten an apartment number, we will not change the address if it is completely different. Please send us an email with your address change. Keep in mind emails are typically answered within 24-48 hours. If your order has been shipped to the incorrect address you provided and is delivered we are not responsible and will not provide a refund or replacement. If it is returned back to us you will receive a refund for the product price only, shipping will be excluded. 

How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

 

Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
